Sunshine

Makes me happy. I am loving the weather here in the UK, just wish i had more time to enjoy it and wasn't working so much :( 

Today was meant to be productive but nothing worked, so i found some things i made a few months ago but never posted about them:

These are yummy Cornetto earrings made from fimo, i don't think i was happy with the end result but after about 2 months i put some ear hooks on them and am currently wearing them as its suitable for the weather :)

I made this before i went on holiday and was going to add more charms to it but i haven't had time to make them and as the Diamond Jubilee is only a 9 days away I've left it as it is and have been wearing it lots.

Union jack bunting

So i think this will be my last bunting i make for awhile, its fun to make but i have plans for many other things :)

 2.5 metres, 10 flags (1 is cropped out in the photo)

 The reverse has red white and blue so which ever way its hung it will look good.

The Jubilee is getting closer, I'm getting excited :)

New Sewing Machine

I am a bad person for not Blogging this sooner :( 

Here is my brand new spiffy sewing machine: 

A Singer 2250, i got it for my birthday last week from my wonderful other half :) and i love it! so far i have sewn some linen napkins (that i was meant to make for Christmas last year, eek!) and what i finished making today was some bunting:

 Ready to decorate my house for the Diamond Jubilee :)

I am quite pleased with these, but my next set of bunting will have some Union Jacks in as well.
