Thursday was Fimo day and i made myself a new pair of Christmas earrings to wear at work (I like to wear a different pair each week in the run up to Christmas)
Gingerbread men! i used a small teddy cookie cutter and chopped the ears off to make them gingerbread men (as i could not find a gingerbread man cutter that small) I was meant to wear these this week coming but i could not wait to wear these so instead of my candy cane earrings which i was planning to wear the last few days i wore these.
I also managed to make my Christmas bracelet (finally!) it even has bells on. Christmas Pudding, Christmas cake, Yule log, Snowflake, Holly and a Candy cane with appropriately coloured buttons too!

Decorations
Here is the latest batch of decorations I have been working on.
For the Bell, Bauble, Heart and Snowman I used a template from Mollie Makes magazine, and also took inspiration for the embellishments from the magazine. So much fun!
I have also made my Christmas cards for this year (finally!). Now I just need to work on these gift tags....

Getting ready for...
...Christmas! I have been super inspired by Craftseller magazine and the Prima Christmas makes magazine, So i went shopping and bought some stuff:
Not sure what this lot will turn into, either Christmas cards, decorations or jewellery, i don't know! i have so many ideas buzzing around in my head, i haven't been this inspired for ages! Might get some more felt tomorrow before work...

Female peacock
I was really inspired to paint with acrylics and i thought this peacock would be a fine subject.
100% acrylics and some green iridescent paint to give the feather the 'shimmer' and i painted this mostly with a 3mm flat as i had discovered once i had set my painting area up that my size 1 was knackered and that's my favourite brush to paint with!
I am pleased with the end result of this and am eager to do some more acrylics once i replace my size 1!
